Hi, I don't know if it's software or hardware, but it would be cool if you could get 960fps slow motion on other Sony devices. I have the Sony Xperia Z3+.
You can't, it's only supported by a specific hardware (camera sensor called Motion Eye) that is currently installed in some of the latest high-end Xperia phones.
