Hello,
I need your help (also solve this problem) with bluetooth connection between XZ Premium dual (47.2.A.8. 24) and new PS 4 Dualshock V2. Where can be the problem? It only must be software problem on XZ Premium side (dualshock is new)
When i play any game from Google Play with these devices one day i have bt connection lags, but next day is all normally 100%.
Dualshock was reseted, unpaired + XZ Premium Bluetooth app was also reseted and deleted (data)
What else can i do?

Ah Marioss , u r back with the same problem again..
So eh.. do u use any other Bluetooth devices along with dual shock controller? Like a headset or Bluetooth speaker? If yes try connect only ds4 nothing else...
I also tried this and this had no effect on the problem (it normally works with it).

I'm writing here because I want to find a solution -) this is official support center and i need solution...These problems should not happen.
Well, from my experience when multiple bluetooth devices are connected, there is a stability issue but it will seem to b working fine.
U said next day it works without problem and then problem comes again. I think it's Google pie Bluetooth resources issues. Can u try other games... I would have tested if somebody give me ds4 controller.
And yes it's official support forum , but that doesn't mean they know all different use cases of different products.
Also Ur problem is not seen common and if anybody else says similar issues with ds4, then it wud hav been much helpful to investigate the scenario of causing this problem..
Anyway, I will do a research about this.. and wil let u know if I found anything related to this.
And 1 more thing I forgot to ask..
Are u playing games with WiFi on?
Try playing turning off WiFi if it's offline game, bcos both WiFi and Bluetooth works on same 2.4ghz which cause interference among itself ,that might also a factor for your problem... And let me know how it goes..
Maybe it's Google pie Bluetooth resources issues i don't know.
I tryed for example Asphalt 9, All gta games, Real racing 3, Minecraft... 2 days ago it normally works without any problem also with BT headphones with wifi on and also off. Yesterday and today all games has (+- after 10s playing) lags (like bt connection dropping).
If someone in sony can try it on XZ Premium dual during full week with dualshock 4 v2 i will be really glad. I know i am maybe only one with this problem now on forum, but in future there will be maybe more guys:/
Also thank you Mahesh for some types and for your help. I hope it will be fixed in future 😕

Marioss, can u try these too....
Once it's installed, connect the controller to your phone as above and open Bluetooth Auto Connect.
Tap Advanced options > Debug.
Return to the main app screen by pressing the Back button.
Tap the box next to your PS4 controller to turn on automatic connection.
Now, if anything interrupts the signal, the app will quickly reconnect to stop the controller from lagging.
Taken from a website.. there may b some 3rd party apps like this.. don't kno it works but let's try..
Also I don't know wat all options is there in ds4 settings.. check it if there is something u missed before..like anything related to connection .
Those games u mentioned I played with my old Z2 with dual shock 3 controller years ago...
Do some Google search too to find anyone having similar problems and whether they solved it or not.
Ok today when i arrive home i will try it. Thanks so so so much bro for your helping time
Second day it works without any problems. Maybe you find solution for this problem. Thanks again for your help
