Xperia xz3 can go along for weeks with great sound and then BAM, it lowers itself and I have to turn the volume up all the way to hear. When before it was turned very low and I could hear it fine. So frustrated. Is there a way to fix this?
It might be an app you installed that is interfering.
Try it in Safe mode.
In Safe mode only the pre-installed apps are started.
