The easiest way to get access to the phone again if you cannot remember the password for the screen lock is to repair the software on the phone using Xperia Companion and a computer. Keep in mind though that since you are not able to access the phone, you will need to start the repair with the phone detached from the computer and mark the checkbox named "My device cannot be detected or started, or is a Smartwatch 3".
