XZ2 better than reviewers and critics make out

So having a good use of an Xperia XZ2 (to be sent back due to lack of Wifi Calling support in on EE in the UK), it really is impressive.

My current main phone is a Pixel XL which has QHD OLED display, viewing a YouTube 1080p HDR video there was nothing to choose between the displays, both stunning.

The XZ2 is more comfortable to hold and feels infinitely more premium than the Pixel XL.

Camera on the XZ2 is better than the Pixel XL without a doubt and so it should be a Sept 2016 flagship phone against an April 2018 one.

How it compares up against the Pixel XL 2 I'd love to see, I notice DXOmark have not reviewed the XZ2 yet? However several Chinese brands have been reviewed and scored highly?!
