Just started using a XZ1C and there's a lot to like about this phone. But one glaring disappointment is the poor quality speaker and microphone. I've come from a Xiaomi Mi6 and the in-call sound quality is significantly less with the Sony. Also, people I call comment that the sound of my voice is less clear than it was with the previous phone.
Is there any way I can send a message to the design team that I'm happy to pay more if it means I can have a premium quality speaker and microphone?

No there is no case or film or glass on the phone. Nothing at all.
I imagine that all phones of this model will have the same speaker and microphone. So I thought that would be a global issue. I really just wanted to send a message to the design team. How would local support be able to assist?
Contacting Sony directly didn't help. I only want to tell the design team that they almost have what for me would be a perfect phone. Improve the ear speaker and microphone and torch/flash and it is a perfect phone. Maybe someone from Sony might read this.
