It depends a bit whether you want to block a specific number or if you want to block incoming calls all together.
If you want to block a specific number from calling you, Open the phone app > Tap the menu icon (three vertical dots) in the top right corner > tap Settings > Call blocking
If you want to block incoming calls all together, this is also done in the settings of the phone app. Open the phone app > Tap the menu icon (three vertical dots) in the top right corner > tap Settings > Calls > Call barring > All incoming. Do note that this will require that you enter your SIM cards PIN2-code. If you do not know this code, I would suggest that you get in contact with your service provider.
