xz1 wont start

hello,

my sony xperia xZ1 wont start or charge,there is only 2 fast blinking green led

i tried everything suggested by sony support forum but still no success

any help will be appreciated

by any chance did you: 

connected the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours?
