Paid a fortune for this phone twice it's been to sony repair centre and yesterday DURING a call it did it again. The wife came in from work today went to use her phone and would you believe it hers has started to do it as well.

unmount the SD card
settings > storage > unmount SD card
Remove both SIM and SD card > do you experience the same issue? perhaps it's a faulty SIM card
