My XZ1 Dual keeps restarting and freezes itself while charging starting the 2nd after I got the phone. Sony support suggested that I try safe mode, but that didn't help at all. This is a problem I never had on any previous Sony flagship I've owned. The led light would flash green and flash blue, and the phone restart, and instantly freezes after starting. It just goes on forever. I've been trying to find a solution for a week now, and no one seems to know how to fix it. But I won't stop until Sony gives me a new device or fix the problem.
