XZ1 Compact LED notification

I have selected silent option for email notification, but with LED on but this is not working?

The LED works, because it blinks when an SMS comes in.

Any suggestions?

I would like to disable the blinking red "low battery" notification LED... very annoying that it keeps blinking every few seconds once the battery gets below 15%!

Hi,

I've now had my XZ1 Compact for a month and I wanted to point out some of the issues I'm encountering:

• LED fails to function when email message received
• Phone sometimes stays silent for an incoming call
• Has frozen & restarted on various occasions including use of Whatsapp, Chrome & Bluetooth 

I have done a factory reset and it has the latest software, so I'm assuming these are bugs created by the combination of a new handset and the equally new version 8 of Android.

I hope an update will resolve but any thoughts welcome?

Could you test the device in safe mode

i have the same issues, contacted sony support and they provide the usual solutions, like reset and so on.

Same problem here! If not fixed by Sony pronto I will return my defective phone back to the store and buy from a competitive brand! I have had several issues with my Xperia X Compact which took months to fix. I recently traded it in but new problems arise even though my old Xperia did not have these problems. Ridiculous!!!
