Try restarting the phone in safe mode, if it doesn't happen in safe mode then it is definitely a third party app that is causing it.

Hi @Jilmaz, sorry to hear about this.
As @NunoSEN2 wrote, it could be caused by a third party application, so try the device in safe mode and see if you experience the same behaviour.
If you have bank or bus card(s) very close to the back cover of your device, you can see if the NFC setting is turned on in your device, as the device will try and read these cards and it will be vibration when trying to do so. You can find this setting in Settings > Device connection > Connection preferences > NFC, turn this off.

Thanks for answers.
The vibrations disapeared when i startet the phone in safe mode. I do not have any NFC cards or have the funtion activatet in my phone. So clearly it is like you guys mention a 3th part app..
But! It startet to vibrate 3 days ago at night, and I didnt download/install any apps that day or the days before, so how do I find out which app which makes this enoying vibration..?
Hope there is a solution`?
It helps.. But..... I cant use my phone in safe mode rest of my life
So how do I find the problem app which causes this?
Unfortunately there is no defined method to found out which app is causing it, try uninstalling the apps you installed recently one by one until the issue disappear.
Hi again @Jilmaz!
As @NunoSEN2 mentioned, it's very tricky to find out which application is the cause of this, but now we at least know it's one of your downloaded applications. Did you try restarting the device and see if you still experience this is the normal mode? Sometimes it's enough to restart in safe mode and then restart again back to the normal mode (for some odd reason).
To start with, I would recommend that you make sure that all applications are updated to the latest version in the Google Play store. To do this, open up the Google Play store and tap the 3 lines in the top right corner > My apps & games. You should now see a list of available updates.
If no updates are available, tap the tab called "Installed" > tap the little icon that looks like 3 bricks on top of each other in different sizes > Sort by "Last Updated" and go through the list and see if you can find any application that was updated around Saturday/Sunday (should say 2-3 days ago) and then uninstall the application and see if the vibrations stops.
