XZ1 automatic backup

Hola. Mi nombre es Mariel. Vivo en Argentina.. Tengo sino Xz1, es lo último que entro a, este país. 

Tengo serios problemas con el respaldo automático. No me deja seleccionar la cuenta en línea. Hace meses me pasa,. 

Jamas me sucedió con otros modelos.. Podes ayudarme?

Unfortunately there is a problem with the Xperia Backup and Restore app online login that Sony was not able to solve until now. The temporary solution to make a online backup is to clear the Xperia Backup and Restore app data each time you need to log in to make a backup, or the other way (the one I use) is to log out and then force stop the app and you can log in again and make the backup.
