I've found that my VPN app is no longer working, I've tried other apps with same error.
Version 9.0 of the OS seems not granting right to apps to open AFNET sockets ( Network TCP socket).
I didn't know if it is a will from Sony to secure this, or a missing update of VPN apps manifest to claim relevant authorizations.
Anyway, list of VPN protocols proposed by Sony are not compatible with my server. I'll try to see how to setup a compliant VNP server on one of my Linux servers
