XZ wont update

Hi,

Phone wont update. Have got plenty of space, ( over half unused )

It downloads it then restarts phone and says is installing but then comes up could not install click to download and am now in the forever loop.

my phone is a an xperia XZ
current verison is 39.2.A.0.374
update it is trying todo is 39.2.A.0.386 and 0.98Mb in size.

Any help please

Tried that, even tried a factory reset ( afterwards and then tried again both ways on phone and with pc client.)

Still the same, it gets downloaded but fails to install.

that's quite odd, could you try a different computer?

I have not done. Not sure it will work though as I have and other people have tried atleast 30 times in total to get it working, I will try today and post update.

Sorry delay, but completly forgot about this as not two days later the update bricked the phone. So was more worried about the data I had just lost.
