Xz premium problems

Hello i bought my xzp a week or 2 ago.

I have few problems and dont know if is it to send back or fix by my self in settings.

1. The speaker next to the sony logo play quiter than the other one down. 

2. I cant charge the phone when is it powered on. Didnt even show the green light. When turned off charges normally. 

3. When the battery is low the 1/4 upper piece of the display. Sone pixels start to put rainbow colors and changes rapidly.

4. I cant play 4k HDR on youtube maximum 1080p HDR. I dont know if this is normal.

I can descibe it more if you know the solution or record a video of it and put a link from youtube.

Try restarting your device in safe mode and test it to discard any third party apps causing the issues.

Regarding point 4 that is normal because 4K HDR content was difficult to see and YouTube limited it to 1080p.

Hello,

I tried every software thing posible but nothing helped. I thonk it is a technical issue. I reset the device many times ans tried turning off battery care or what is the name. I go step by step in offical site and still didnt help. I will sens it back after christmas.
