XZ Premium call issues

When receiving calls on my XZ Premium after I answer the call I cannot hear the person on the other side and they cannot hear me. I hang up and call back its fine, help please???

Yeah I am facing with the same issue. We have to fix this issue immediately.

Yeah it started after Oreo update.

I haven't got oreo yet 7.1.1, and ive seen its the do not disturb that is cutting out the audio on he call, i have to unlock the screen while on call and turn it off before i can hear anyone, really annoying, need a fix asap as you cannot disable the DND feature from activating when a call comes through

I have a smartband talk but have the call audio feature turned off

I have smartwatch Lg Watch Urbane 2 LTE with audio permission linked to my device and i the have same issue. Please help.

I literally received this phone on Saturday, it has upgraded it's firmware to 7.1.1 (latest available I guess)  and I can't hear much. I just received a phone call and adjusted the in call volume to max and I could barely hear the person on the other line. I woke up late this morning because I didn't hear the alarm. Yepp,  and sometimes the caller just hears the caller tones,  in my end nothing, have to restart the phone again.  PSE SONY FIX THIS IMM.
