XZ Premium Bootloop

Hi, my device Xperia XZ Premium suddenlly got a bootloop. I think the reason is because I left my phone restarting and not input the password that needed to starting my device for a long time. I have been use Xperia Companion software to repair my device but I got this messageDevice is locked?Device is locked?

How can I unlock my phone when I can't turn it on?

Any advice?

*UPDATE:

I am trying to use Emma flashtool (that I get from the developer.sony.com) to enter flash mode and trying to enter fastboot mode but neither of them work. Emma keep saying that my device is locked and fastboot is stuck in waiting devices

Hi @Setsu, let me see if I can help out here!

The reason as to why Xperia Companion is saying that the phone is locked is most probably due to the fact that the phone has a screen lock set. There is however a way to repair the software even though the device is locked. Try clicking on software repair without the phone attached to the computer, then tick the checkbox in the bottom left corner named "My device cannot be detected or started, or is a Smartwatch 3" and choose next. After that you should be able to follow the instructions in Xperia Companion.

Hi @Setsu ;

When repairing the phone with Xperia Companion in the begining you have one option at the bottom with a square that you have to tick for repairing when "I can not start the device or I have a Smartwatch 3", have you tried that?
