I have a Sony XZ Premium and for the last couple of days the audio optimisation worked fine with my Sony headphones, it would take about one minute to activate but after that the sound was amazing, very clear and good bass.
The problem is that now the option is not doing anything. The sound is dull and it sounds like some cheap headphones. Toggling the option on and off doesn't affect it at all. I tried everything, deleting cache from all audio stuff, restarting ,safe mode but the problem is persistent. I had the same problem with my old z3+ which means it's a software problem.
Is there any way to make it work? at least partially...
