XZ premium 4k recording lag

My phone lags a lot when recording in 4k making it virtually impossible to record a 4k video. Any help?

could you describe the lag? is it while recording the video as it pauses or when you try to multitask?

While recording 4k video, the video itself is choppy and pauses a bunch of times. During playback of the video, you can see that same choppiness in the recording itself.
