Hi @Densmum, I'm sorry to hear about this. 
How do you restart your device to get out of safe mode? I would advice you to choose "Restart" instead of "Power off" when restarting the device. Make sure that you don't hold down the volume down key when the device is starting up.
If the behaviour continues even after trying that, I would advice you to check if the volume keys, both up and down are working properly. If you have your device in a cover, please remove the device from the cover as the volume keys could be pressed by mistake by the cover.
If it still is booting in safe mode I would recommend you to try a software repair using Xperia Companion, however, please keep in mind that this will erase your personal data in your phone, so i would recommend creating a backup using Xperia Companion before starting with the repair.
If the above troubleshooting steps do not get your phone back to the normal mode, then I would recommend you to contact your Local support for help with sending your device to a local service center for a technician to look at it.
