XZ f8332 not charging not opening

Please help, my XZ not working, i turned it off with 25% battery when its already OFF,  i charged it, but when i checked it if its already ful, it's not but instead the battery logo was blinking and state dat its drain, i thought it was d cord, i use other cord but its still d same, after blinking 10x, no more display but just a black screen.  I dont know what happened. But pls do help me.

What charging adapter are you using?

When you say, a different cable, do you mean different adapter in wall too?

Are you using extension cord?

I use its original usb cord charger, then i tried the local ones to check if its the cord that was not working, but its still d same  it keeps on and off for ten times then no more display, i tried to chrge it for almost 1 hr but nothings hapen. Cant also turn it on. What will i do... Pls help. ThankThis is whatz appearing when i plugged it for charging then it keeps on, On and off.
