XZ connection problems to home wifi when coming home

Hi there,

since a couple of weeks (yes, before the oreo update), I´m having problems with auto-connecting to my wifi, when I arrive at home. Either it takes some time to connect or it doesn´t connect at all, even if I´m trying do connect manually (it them conncts by itself some minutes later). Sometimes it seems to work with switching on and off flight mode.

Once the connection is established it works more or less stable. Very annoying...

XZ, Android 8.0.0, build 41.3.A.2.58, Fritzbox 7490 on OS 6.93, both 2,4Ghz and 5 Ghz on with the same SSID.

None of the other devices (smartphones, Tablets, both android and iOS, Laptops, Sonos, Hue) are having trouble.

Phone works fine on other wifis as well...

Before everything worked finde with my XZ as well.

Any ideas?

That's quite odd, have you tried the basic to forget the WiFi ?

Just to make it clear, you do NOT experience this with other routers just your home router?

Hi there, yes, it's just my home Router. Which works fine with All other Devices 😫
