Do you have your APN settings downloaded? If not, please go to Settings > More > Internet Settings. This should download the APN settings from your network.

Thanks I've tried that even went to the Virgin media store and they did that still won't work I can send them to anyone not in my contacts but not to my contacts they get a link to go to a website to retrieve it.
