Xperia XZ3 doesn't boot, xperia software repair doesn't find my device

My, Xperia XZ3 doesn't boot.

everytime I start it, my device told me: "your device is corrupt it cant't be trusted and will not boot"

I have downloaded the Xperie Companion Software, to try to repair it.

But in the step, I must boot my XZ3 in Flash mode (Volume down and stick the kable in) it will not be detected and I can't end the reinstall.

The forward steps aren't a problem.

Can someone halp me, pleas

In Xperia Companion when you press on "Software Repair" you can check a small box in the lower left corner where it says "my device cannot be detected or is a smartwatch". Tick this box and try again.

Hi @MrIceman, sorry to hear about this.

Do I understand correctly that when you are asked to connect the device to computer again and to hold volume down, it does not move to the next step in the repair process? If that is what occurs, could you try with a different USB port on your computer? It may sound silly, but it has helped before!

If you still aren't able to perform the software repair, there are two alternatives left. Try with a different computer or have the device sent to an authorized service centre.

For information on how to send the device to an authorized service centre, please get in touch with your Local support team and they will assist you further with this. If you have any questions regarding warranty, service routines and so forth, they will be able to provide a better answer than I can since I work Globally and it's different between markets!
