Hello, I'm contacting you because my Sony Xperia XZ1 smartphone does not turn on anymore. I tried to connect it and stay pressed 10 seconds on the start button but nothing works: the charging light is not even lightning up. Please can you help me ?
If the notification LED doesn't turn on while connected to a charger, you might want to test different wall chargers and cables, if that doesn't work then the issue it's most likely with the phone and not the charger, and you will have to get it inspected by your Local Support
