So I had this problem over 6 months

And I tried everything regarding the software and safe mode nothing works.

So what happen is my phone stopped working everything went black and like it was shut off nothing was functional only when I plug the charger I could see the red light.

After two days without a phone, I decided to do put some pressure on the phone and push it from behind to try starting it, After hours of trying I figured out that if I squeeze it from behind (2cm down of the opposite side of the camera) and push the power button and the downer volume button.

And I have to do this every time I need to turn it on/off or use the volume buttons.

Although I had no problem with the phone it was almost new.

Any suggestions?

Hi @Rami_93, sorry to hear about this.

This sounds like it's related to the hardware in the device since you have to squeeze it to get the buttons to work, so it's hard to give you any troubleshooting tips.

My recommendation is that you get in touch with your Local support team and ask them to arrange a repair for you. They are also the experts on your market/region and are better equipped than I to answer questions regarding warranty, service routines and so forth as these vary between markets.
