I bought this cellpgone from amazon a month ago, the first thing i did when i received this cellphone was update it to Android 8.0, since that the cellphone freezes and reboot like from 1 to 10 times a day (some day doesn't happen at all, but those are like two days a month).
I went to a Sony Repaitment center, they told me that is possible that the Oreo Update, didn't install right, so i probably would have to downgrade the software to 7.0 Nougat, test it and update again. Any suggestion? Is it a good idea? and if yes...how do i downgrade the software?
I'm sure it is not a third party app since i repair the sofware from the Sony PC companion and keeps happening.
Or maybe is there any way to factory reset the cellphone, even to android 6.0 (Factory version)
