It’s a disaster, 3 software updates, sent back for repair and returned with no improvement. The battery last 5 hours even with WiFi, blootooth and apps disabled. It even looses charge when switch off. And thats after the return from repair stating the battery was replaced a total disaster.
Send a letter to your local support.
Enumerate everything that has happened, events and dates.
I would be surprised if they would help you resolve your problems.
