Wifi Error

Every time I click settings or wif it just keeps crashing and saying settings have stopped, or system ui has stopped and then looks for wifi again and keeps crashing with the same message. I cannot often access wifi settings without it crashing and therefore inaccessible.

it'll be wise to test it 

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test WiFi

Yes exact same issue in safe mode.

Perhaps you might want to repair the phone with XC
