Wifi calling is intermittent, calls drop out, I know it's not the router or the broadband, because my partner has an iPhone and her WiFi calling if perfect, is there a software fix? Or is it a hardware problem?
Do you have a dual-sim phone? If yes, please remove one SIM and test to see if this changes anything.
Also, have you tried using your partners SIM in your phone to verify if problem is related to carrier/provider?

Did you manage to resolve this? Having exactly the same issue.
Thanks.
Have tested this further and after a restart, WiFi calling shows in the notification bar then exactly 21 minutes later it disconnects and the notification disappears. After 5-10 seconds it reconnects and the notification comes back.
When you're on a WiFi call this results in the call dropping.
No issues with WiFi in general.
Have tried a factory reset and a software repair through Xperia Companion and tested several times and each time it drops out after exactly 21 minutes.
Can this be reported to Sony?
Is this likely a hardware fault with the device or a software issue?
Thanks.
I have been trying to enable WiFi calling and can't find the menu to do so. Are you using a carrier branded phone or is this an unlocked version?
Thanks

It's an unlocked device purchased from Amazon UK. I'm on EE network and have WiFi calling enabled on my account.
Have tested my SIM in my partners iPhone 8 and WiFi calling does not drop out so must be something with my device. I just want to try and confirm whether this is a software or hardware fault as I only bought it a week ago and if it's a faulty handset I'll need to send it back.
Thanks
