At this moment I have a Xperia XZ Premium for over a year. Recently my phone acted weird because sometimes it just randomnly turn off completley. When that happen I can't turn it on by long press the on / off button but I had to press volume up + on off button . This already happend 2/3 times in a few weeks. I started to get a bit worried because the first time this happend was roughly a month a go. At that moment my phone also suddendly shuts down and I couldn't turn it on in any way, not through volume down + on off button nothing. I even rushed to a nearby SONY store which almost closed but they couldn't help me because they werent a service center. When I came back I tried to volume up + on / off button as last chance even tho it was no where on the internet which gave this suggestion and it turned on.
Something I have to mention is that I never see when it turns off. Every time it was turning off it self I wasn't on my phone but just working or doing something else. Also, when it turns off it has alot of battery. Last when I turn it on again everything loads quicker than when I restart the phone by my self or turn it off by my self as if it was in a somekind of sleep mode even tho I had to press my pincode.
I was wondering if anyone had this same kind of problem with the XZ premium or another phone.
Also I was wondering what the volume up + turn on / off button means because I can't find it anywhere what it means?
