Why can not the app customize the sorting??

No.…I mean the Applications can not be sorted by their own wishes

You can sort the applications, just tap on the 3-dots icon on the upper right corner of your application drawer page and choose "Sort apps", you'll find multiple ways to sort them.

Then use "Own order" and drag and drop them as you wish, the system will not change your order then.
