we can give you opinions and feedback but at the end of the day it's all about your preferences 

if you prefer vivid bright colors a bit over saturated then go with Super-vivid mode, that might be great for videos or even instagram

Standard-mode it's balanced and Professional mode might be a bit pale for some

There is not one that is better than the other, it is a matter of perference.  If you want more accurate color display, then the professional mode is better.  If you want Sony's Triluminos colors where Sony feels will look best, and if you simply like the super exaggerated colors like a Samsung out of the box, then that's what you'll choose.  Frankly, I find the Standard mode works best, it's vivid, but not overpowering.

If editing photographs, use professional for the use of untouched sRGB,.

Standard adds contrast and increases saturation, generally best for video viewing

Super vivid is just that, even more contrast, and even more saturation, used when you like colours to really pop, this setting can really crush the dark areas though.
