Trying to raise a ticket in sony website and shows this error An error occured (#000210). Please try again I have 2 mobile to be fixed.

Could you please provide me with a link to where you get this error message?

It may be even more convient if you get in touch with the Local support team for your market as they may already be aware of this and can book a repair some other way for you. I work Globally so if the repair doesn't work on the German website, I would not be informed about this.
