The warranty service reset came up then my phone reset itself removed all my installed apps, logged me out of everything and removed my wallpaper. All updates have also been wiped but I did not go through the setup procedure with the phone so haven't been able to activate my Google backup. I need my phone to be working properly and don't have time to sort out some bug. It hasn't wiped my WiFi info though. It's very odd.
I have not downloaded any apps recently. It has happened as soon as the warranty service message appeared. I'm reluctant to set everything back up in case it is a virus. Please help.
