Wake up screen, notifications come

when the xz1 go in stand by, the notification don't work... after wake up the screen with te start button, all notification come! 

why??

Do you have by any chance the Stamina mode activated? or Data Saver?

Settings>Network and Internet>Data use>Data Saver.

in the details of problem, the notification don't work only for Facebook, Page Manager

Try restarting the phone in Safe Mode to see if it is a third party app that is causing it (Safe Mode)

Same issue for me on whatsapp!

Oreo gremlins? Never get  whatsapp text upon phone turn on every a.m. Only when I unlock with pin does message arrive! If I never unlock screen then I'd never get the message! I power off phone each night but on previous z3 compact I always got whatsapp and normal texts upon morning power on without needing to unlock screen!Stock android message app works perfect without unlocking on my xz1, it's just annoying to remember to enter pin each morning to unlock just to see if any whatsapp message from overnight. Any ideas?
