Hello everyone,
I need to buy at least once every two months a new USB-C cable as previous one is not capable to charge Xperia XZ1 Compact any more. Apparently the contacts of the USB-C connector somehow suffering when plugging in/out to/from the phone and they are not able to privide reliable connection so the phone is not simply charging.
Is there anyone else having this experience?
From the other hand we have two Xperia XZ phones in the family and both we're charging with the original USB-C cables more than year.

If you have experienced this behaviour with the cable that was included together with your device, I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team. They will arrange a repair for you and and a trained technician will examine both the device and the cable, to make sure that the USB port is not damaged or faulty in any way.
