My phone has been replaced under insurance and this one will only update to 7.1.1. Also it constantly comes up with the need to update but after updating its the same and says update available
This sounds a bit strange. If you could get back to me with your IMEI number in a PM, I will see if I can find out more why this is. You can see your IMEI if your bring up your dial pad and enter *#06#.
