Update pending

Updates Support und What s New werden nicht ausgeführt.. Netz wird überprüft.. Update aber nicht ausgeführt. Mehrfach probiert. Habe nur mobile Verbindung .. kein WLAN. Kann jemand helfen ??? Danke.

Updates Support and What's New are not running. Network is being checked. Update but not running. Tried several times. Have only mobile connection .. no Wi-Fi. Can someone help ??? Thank you.

Hi @Stolli57;

I can see you have "data save" enabled, try disable it and press update.

See also top right 3 dots >Settings if you have only with wifi, try changing the settings to activated.

Thank you very much!!!  It was the "Data save modus" ..  I disable this Funktion and the update  was running. Super. Thanks for help. Have a nice day!!!

Go to Settings > System > Advanced >Reset Options >Reset App Preferences

After this try updating again. It should work 100% if you network is working.
