Unrepairable Sony Xperia XZ

Hi Guys,

I am the proud owner of a Xperia XZ. My phone spent more time at the service than with me. Sony Turkey isnot helping me at all. It has been 1 month so far. All the say in the customer relation is "how can this be?". I think I wont be able to get my phone back. Only thing I learned from this experiance is that never ever Sony again. If you are planning to buy xperia please keep this in mind. I made a mistake. You still have a chance.

Maybe its only in trukey like this only on that authority center dont make a conclution just by that ... But in the end is you opinion

Yes you could be right but a company like Sony should be giving the same service quality all around the world. That is why people lie you and me choose Sony. Reliability is what we are after. Every brand has problems with their phones but it is how fast they slove them that count. Am I wrong?

You must know also that almost anyone can open a repair center to repair phones and take license to repair sony phones so doesn't mean Is on the official Sony center directly by Sony

Had Sony Z2 previously. Mobile fell and screen broke. Sony service centre asked for INR 18000 for repairs whereas new was available for INR 15000 in stores.

I just had terrible repair experiences at sony service center. My XZ's charging pin was broken when the waranty just expired a month...and they charged me 14000 peso!!??
How come a small damage can be like this expensive repair fee?
In the end I found other repair service and my phone was serviced for repair and it cost me only 2000p...
I have been Sony lover for more 10 years, and now I am disappointed with it.
Terrible quality, expensive price, terrible service, and I will never have faith in Sony again
