How to turn off safe mode? Nothing changes after restart!

Hi @Ainars, sorry to hear about this.

If you have a cover on your device, can you try and remove it and see if a normal reboot will exit safe mode? The only way to enter safe mode without choosing to do so, is by holding down the volume down button pressed during the boot-up process, so make sure that a case is not pressing down on the down button.

At last! I removed a cover and aftet reboot I finally could exit the safe mode. Thank you very much for your help!

In your case it sounds like the cover is pushing down on the volume down button and therefore the device will start up in safe mode.
