Hello I am new to all this and have recently purchased an xz3 but since I have put a Sony case on it (the one that covers over) I am getting terrible trouble with the touchscreen any suggestions would be great thank you.
Have you tried going into settings - display - advanced - cover selection and select "style cover touch" .
