Touchscreen skipping touch

Hi, I just bought the Xperia XZ1 Compact. Everything works fine but the touchscreen becomes unresponsive while scrolling. This bug is present at random times while scrolling over multimedia content (websites with images and text, Twitter application, etc). This is very annoying as scrolling is a very basic feature. 

Searching the web I found out that users with other Xperia models are experiencing the same problem, which is extremely disappointing.

The users tried with no luck:

* Safe mode

* Factory reset 

* Changing firmware

* Software repair using Companion 

I tried Safe Mode and the glitch is present too.

Is there a solution for this glitch? Are the developers aware of this bug? Is there an update coming soon?

Edit: There's a thread here reporting the same problem on Xperia XZ Premium with many users affected. It's unbelievable that Sony didn't answer there:

Now I'm regretting to have bought this phone. It's suppose to be a flagship but I had better support and quality with OnePlus. I should have chose the 5T over this bad experience.

elaborate on your issue, also, does your phone has a protective case, film or glass?

Hi, here some relevant information:

* Model: G8441

* Build number: 47.1.A.12.75

* ROM: Stock Android Oreo 8.0.0

* No glass or protector film.

* I bought this phone just 3 weeks ago

* Never hitted, crushed, wet.

* Bug is present:

• with or without stamina mode
• with or without moisture on fingers
• with or without wifi or data
• with different screen resolutions
• on safe mode

I just made two videos because it is extremely easy to reproduce:

Hi, finally the vendor replaced the faulty unit with a new one, same model just different color. This new unit is ok.
