OK this is the first time I have posted on here... So please bare with me....
OK so I have been a Sony fan and love my XZ but there is one thing that has happened and don't know why..
There is part of my touch screen that however how many times you touch it it will not work, best example : I download minions game from playstore then after following what is required on screen it asks you to accept but I can't because along that part of the screen is were the problem .. I can't turn or move up because the app won't let me... Now if you look on the side of the phone we're the volume button is and following the down part move finger onto screen and it is along that part that don't work ..
I have never dropped my phone and has always been in a case..
I have taken it to 02 and they think I am mad... I have done a software update from scratch so I know its not that .. And it's still in warranty..
Anyone help or is it on its way out.. I will have had it 18mths
