Synchronizing contacts
I have 2 Sony Xperia phones. They are called X Performans and XZ Premium (bought 1.3.2018)
Both are Android 8.0 and connected to my Google account and should be able to sync with my PC.
It works fine for Calendar, but not on "Contacts" on the XZ phone.
I add a new contact on my PC or the X phone is updated on both, but not on the XZ phone.
If I add a new contact on the XZ phone, it will only be updated.
When I enter Account Synchronization under my Google Account on the ZX phone channel and press "Sync now" everything except "Contacts" will be updated. It was last updated 28.3, shortly after I bought the phone.
For several days I have checked that settings are the same on both phones and read all the many guides I could find on the internet, but without finding the solution. I hope some wise people can help me

Where are you saving the new contacts on the XZ Premium in "Phone Contacts" or in "Google" contacts?

What is your predefined account for new contacts? (in Contacts>top left menu>settings>predefined account for new contacts).

I use my Google account both on XZ,   X Performing and my Windows 10 PC.

The predefined account for new contacts? (in Contacts>top left menu>settings>predefined account for new contacts).is also my Google account,personal info removed.

I have noticed that the app called Contacts is red on both of my 2 Xperia phones.
I can not see who has made it, but I think it's Sony because it's red on pictures of the latest Xperia phones. I can not delete it, just disable.
In Google play, Contacts are blue and it is made by Google LLC
That could be the reason, but there should also be a problem with the Xperia X phone, but it's not there.
Should I try to switch to the blue Google app?

If I enter the Gmail app, press the 3 lines in the upper left. Touch Contacts, I get the Google Play store, with the blue app Contacts from Google LLC.
When I click on INSTALLER and open it and enter my gmail address, I get the message "This account already exists on your device"
I have been struggling long to solve the problem, but abandoned. Is there anyone who can help me?

Did you ever find a solution?  I have the same problem on a different phone ("This account already exists on your device" in Google Contacts).
