Stuck on "Xperia" screen after reboot

My phone is stuck on the Xperia loading screen after restart. 

Tried but didn't work.

Restart- hold power and volume up key for 6 sec

Turn off and on- hold power and volume up key for 10sec.

Repair- load sony xperia repair on pc, plug phone with power off and volume down key. After everything was load. I'm still stuck with the loading screen. 

Step haven't try. Flashing the phone with Sony software found on google. Which will be my last resort. 

Any ideas?

Just an update for anyone having the same problem. 

I did a life chat with Sony and they ask me for the imei number etc etc.

Seem like it under warranty and they will ask me to send the phone in for repair over FedEx.

I used to work for their repair center once long time ago. All they need to do is to flash the phone. Which I can't seem to find the software from sony. I managed to find the none legit version of flash tool online but I didn't pressed with it because it will void my warranty. 

For anyone who is having the same issue.  You can try life chat with sony. If it under warranty they will probably fix it. If not you can try flashing it.

An update of my update.

After telling them I got my phone from Hong kong. Sony reply me with 'we don't do over sea warranty. ' And when I ask what should I do. They suggested me to go to 3rd party vendors. 

I even ask if they can do anything about it even if I were to pay to have it fix. They only reply so far was 3rd party vendors.

Very disappointed on sony customers service. I'm sure I'm having is just a software bugs and requires of a simple rollback of software or anot update flash. But telling their customers to go to 3rd party?
