Spanner and Screwdriver Triangle during startup.

So whenever my phone boots up, it boots up normally, however a traingle with a spanner and Screwdriver appears, it then restarts, boots normally again and goes back to normal.

Why Does it do this?

@MatthewW191 does it happen when you reboot the device, or only when you fully power the phone off and then turn it back on?

I'm having a similar issue... Occasionally my charger stops charging while I'm using it and then my phone dies, when I plug in my charger the logo loads up and I'll briefly see the triangle with the spanner and screwdriver
