Sony XZ Premium damaged usb charger and board

Hello Everyone, I'm hoping to find an answer to the case that happened to me with my XZ premium. so two weeks ago I left my 3-month-old phone on my table stand and went to sleep. Woke up the second day the phone was off. Couldn't restart it. Sent it to the phone store who send it to the Sony store and then they send it to Sony store Dubai (that what the store owner said ) to finally tell me today that my charger port was damaged and my board was damaged. But I cannot understand my phone was working properly before I went to sleep the battery was full nothing was wrong it wasn't even near the charger that night. did it happen to anyone of you?

So i finally was able to know what happened to my sony xz. After sending it to the store where i bought it from they tried to rebooting using a power supply and ended up burning the board. So crazy part is that he won't take any responsibilities and i can't reach anyone from Sony to explain!

I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but if it was done at the store you should contact the store and/or Sony directly >>> Local support as this is a global user based forum.
