Since a couple of months it happens that my Sony Xperia xz1 freezes during usage. I bought the phone in the presale 2 years ago and it didn't happen before. Often when I open Netflix, it freezes directly from the start. After forced restart (volume buttons+power), it often happens again. How can I prevent to get a frozen screen? Since it happens with Netflix 70% of the time, I will get rid of this app. But I think there is another issue, since it happens in other apps too. Who had this problem too and who knows a solution?
